Prasada In Home offices are operational from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We understand the impact the COVID-19 has had on our families and communities. Prasada In Home is committed to doing our best to continue to serve our kids and families amid the crisis.
For the safety of our families, therapists and behavioral assistants are now providing therapy over telehealth. We are still accepting referrals for in-home therapy.
Respite providers are limited to visits in the homes. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis after pre-screening with families.
Prasada Center’s Afterschool Enrichment and the Super Saturday for Autistic Teens is closed.
The launch of Prasada Center’s Adult Day Habilitation program is post- poned until further notice. However, we are taking referrals for when the pandemic is over and will be open. Call for more information 973-685-5668 X 802. We can interview remotely and even give you a tour of Prasada Center.
Social Distancing – The CDC and some state authorities have instructed health care providers to discourage or restrict non-urgent visits. This measure is intended to limit unnecessary exposure to Coronavirus, and we want to assist in this goal. Please follow CDC guidelines, available by clicking here.
Seek medical assistance immediately if you have respiratory symptoms that are worsening and develop difficulty breathing or other emergency warning signs for Coronavirus (persistent chest pain or pressure, new confusion or inability to wake up, or bluish lips or face)
